Arkit Ltd., a company registered under Company Registration Number 514492206, with its address at 18 Rival Street, Tel Aviv, operating the Arkit Labs website and brand (“Arkit,” “Arkit Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Arkit is a product development, product strategy, industrial design, UX/UI, hardware development, software development, prototyping, engineering, manufacturing support, branding, digital product, AI, embedded systems and IoT consultancy. Arkit is not obligated to review, retain or return submissions.
Arkit is not obligated to compensate submitters.
Submission does not restrict Arkit from pursuing similar concepts, technologies, services or business opportunities.
Submission does not create any professional, fiduciary or confidentiality relationship.

If confidential treatment is required, a separate written agreement must be executed before disclosure.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the website is owned by or licensed to Arkit. This includes logos, trademarks, graphics, images, renders, case studies, articles, videos, podcasts, written content, downloads, design materials, product visuals, process descriptions and other materials.
